Create a conservatory that can be used all year round
Many older conservatories lack the thermal qualities needed to keep them cool in the summer and warm in the winter – this means they become inhabitable during some months of the year. Here at Lincolnshire Bow we can upgrade your conservatory into something that is habitable all year round by installing either a glass or tiled conservatory roof (also known as a warm roof).
We can also replace an old conservatory with a brand new one, providing you have the base already installed (we do not have our own team of builders to install a base).
Prefix WARMroof® System
We use the Prefix WARMroof® system, which is an award-winning solid roof, designed to provide the highest levels of thermal efficiency. This can be installed on an existing conservatory to replace an older polycarbonate roof with a titled roof in order to provide all year round comfort. This effectively allows the conservatory to act as an extension, but at a fraction of the price of what it would cost to build a new extension. This solution offers energy efficiency levels up to 10 times better than an ‘A’ rated window, achieving U-values as low as 0.15.
